1) Payments must be made on time, failure to do so may result in your Server Space being terminated.
2) If the TOS is broken in anyway we will, without notice close your Server or Server Space and no refund will be applicable
3) You must adhere to all the Internet Chat rules and regulations or again your are at risk of having your Server/ Server space being terminated (no refund).
4) Our Staff from time to time will inspect your Server/Server Space for any illegal activity, if any is found it will be closed (no refund)
5) When renting our Server/Server Space & Bots you have 48 Hours to decide to terminate our services, after this time you will be bound until the end of the payment term, unless serious breach of our services has been provided, this complaint must be made to us in writing before any refund can be decided due to poor service, and proof must be provided.
6) Hacking from our Servers is phohibited, and your will be reported to the authorities and Server closed (no refund).
7) Please do not tamper with the Web Panel settings, if you do you are in breach of our TOS and will be charged for extra bandwidth, or your Space froze until payment is made.
8) Due to high demand, and the price of Server Codes, rooms which are more than 3 days over due will be closed, less theres a agreement made for delay in payment.
9) Management decision is final with the above, and are subject to change at any time during your services with us.
